Who We Are

Fe Vesture is a clothing studio with stores in New York and Amsterdam. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this site or order from us, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. We are the data controller for that information. If you have a question about anything here, write to privacy@fevesture.com and a person will answer you.

What We Collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number and the contents of your order. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment providers and never reach our servers; we only ever see the last four digits and the result of the transaction. If you write to us, sign up for the newsletter, leave a product review or save pieces to a wishlist, we keep what you send us. We also record basic technical information about your visit, such as the pages you viewed, the device and browser you used and an approximate location derived from your IP address.

Why We Collect It

We use your order details to take payment, dispatch your parcel, handle returns and repairs, and honour the three-year guarantee. We use your email address to send order updates, and marketing only if you have asked for it. We use technical information to keep the site working, to spot fraud and to understand which pages people actually find useful. We do not sell your data, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Essential cookies keep your cart and wishlist intact between visits and remember whether you have already accepted this notice. They cannot be turned off without breaking the site. Analytics cookies tell us, in aggregate, which pages get read and where people leave; these only run if you accept them. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time, and you can change your choice here whenever you like.

Embedded Content and Third-Party Services

Some pages include content from other websites, such as embedded video or maps. These behave exactly as if you had visited the other site directly, and those sites may set their own cookies and track your interaction with the embedded content. We also rely on a small number of processors to run the business: a payment provider, a shipping carrier, an email platform and a hosting provider. Each of them only receives the data needed to do their part, and each is bound by a contract that limits what they may do with it.

Who We Share Your Data With

We share your delivery details with the carrier handling your parcel, and your payment details with the payment provider processing the transaction. We share nothing else with anyone unless you ask us to, or unless the law requires it. If the business is ever sold or restructured, customer data would transfer with it, and we would tell you before that happened.

How Long We Keep It

Order records are kept for seven years because tax and accounting rules require it. Guarantee and repair records are kept for the life of the guarantee plus one year, so we can honour a claim without asking you for a receipt. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregate for twenty-six months. Anything else — a message to the studio, a saved wishlist — is deleted once it is no longer needed.

Your Rights Over Your Data

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time, and every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. Write to privacy@fevesture.com and we will respond within thirty days. We do not charge for this. If you are not satisfied with our answer you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Security, Transfers and Contact

The site runs over an encrypted connection and access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to do their job. Because we have stores in New York and Amsterdam, data may move between the United States and the European Economic Area; where it does, those transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses. No system is perfect, and if a breach ever affected you we would tell you and the relevant authority without delay. Write to privacy@fevesture.com, or to Fe Vesture, 148 Lafayette Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10013. Last updated 19 August 2026.
